MOMMIE FEATHER-EST

This might be a 70's gown but its allure of 40's Hollywood glamour is undeniable. Stavropoulos was famous for his use of chiffon and most of all for the lose fitting dresses since he wanted women to be able to move in his creations. The gown is made of 2 panels of black chiffon that meet in the center front, attached by two panels of crystal beads going from top to bottom elongating the body. And the wow effect is achieved by the feathers attached to the shoulders creating an idea of a soft feather boa wrapped around the shoulders. This gown is the perfect thing to wear while you are throwing a glamorous house party or attending a red carpet event. You will feel like a real movie star...just stay away from wire hangers:)
