Al Cooper couldn't make a joke out of this.

I am of course talking about the British Al Cooper the comedian who famously died mid routine at a show. However the Al Cooper responsible for this dress was a designer in the 60s.

If you want to have some fun with feathers, and want to keep it classic with a muted color all the while keeping warm in the winter, this dress is the perfect answer. Grey flannel A-line dress with a feather trim is certainly never going to go out of style. The cut of the body ensures this while the feathers add a groovy and playful touch.

I also really like how the high-collared front dramatically changes into the bare-back framed by the thick straps over the shoulders. I think this is a nice touch as it allows for both a touch of skin and also a built-in cooling mechanism. Your back will never be over heated under the weight of the flannel. Basically ingenious!
