Cover Ups For the Chilly Night Air

Having posted a plethora of dress and cocktail dress options in black I realized that you have nothing to cover up with for when the carriage arrives or the heat lamps begin to flutter. So here are two options, one is just a little something something to reduce the goosebump count and the other is full on shelter from the elements.

Irene Galitzine, 60s criss cross Troponto cape coat trimmed in velvet from the private archival collection of the designer. This was originally a runway sample that has recently become available from the designer's estate and keep your eyes watching the blog there is much more to come from this personal archive. SOLD

This Irene Galitzine coat is Haute Couture from the 60s. It is a runway sample with Troponto stiching in a floral pattern that gives a padded texture to the top coat. Very chic and always going to be in style. SOLD

YSL Rive Gauche, 70s jersey and maribou trimmed wrap blouse. It is marked as a size 40 so would fit a contemporary US 6 with no problem. It gives just enough cover up to be demure and cozy but still fresh with that straight from the runway look. SOLD
