A lot of people think that Pierre Cardin's output was primarily 60s mod dresses with bull's eye motifs and vinyl trench coats. He's had a much broader output as these two Haute Couture examples showcase. The first, is an early 80s Tahitian print one shoulder sensually draped cocktail dress. The other a 60s aubergine dress light crepe dress which fool's the eye to thinking it's two pieces, when in reality its a dress with a surprising deep plunge back.
