MIDNIGHT BLUE CHANEL

Certainly you know of our obsession with all things in midnight blue. It's one of the great alternatives to dependable black, but with a little relief. This Chanel Boutique by Karl Lagerfeld evening gown from the late 1980s features thick straps, a pleated bodice with a wonderful blouson waist. We love the "Cowl"-effect of the back and how the skirt (check out the flat pockets on the hips) gatherers to a fishtail illusion at the knee and a sensible slit.
