Slip into Summer

A slip dress is a simple and stunning alternative to those classic chiffon or linen summer gowns. This particular slip dress by Alixe of Chicago is made of a nice silk satin in an amazing pale pink color. There are two straps that are attached in the center just below the bust. The straps wrap around and tie at the back making it possible to get the sizing perfect with the simple tie of a knot. The back of the gown has a series of fabric covered buttons and snaps that cinch in the small train at the back.
