This dress makes my mouth water for a sweltering Summer day spent pool-side with an Orange Julius in hand. I haven't had an Orange Julius since I was about seven, (in the mid-nineties, thankyouverymuch!) when a Cinnabon forced them out of a little nook in my local mall.
Around the same time Orange Julius was conquering the world; via. the 1964 World's Fair, Rudi Gernreich was making this fabulous orange jersey dress. There are two peek-a-boo panels on either side of the dress to keep you cool, and a fun optional orange puff belt.
