Fit for the MET!

This stunning Bill Blass evening gown was previously worn to the opening night of the MET Opera. The lower portion is a mocha colored satin that has been pleated where it meets the top. The black top is cashmere and is pleated horizontally, with an attached shawl exiting the front right side. This was from the very last collection that Bill Blass did in 1999, definitely a Collector's item. How clever to have an attached shawl to keep you warm on a cool night, no?
