Tropical Bill

The material is an ivory silk paisley jacquard with a floral black rose print over it. The gown is a strapless empire waist, and the bust has been gathered in the middle and has boning throughout, which helps to maintain the shape. This dress is made for a petite woman, it may not fit those with some height, or enhancements, if you catch my drift.
