A SEA OF ALAIA

When we promise Alaia, we deliver it. Here is a very dramatic Alaia ensemble in sea blue wool with a low cut cardigan and maxi highwaisted and pleated/panel skirt. The skirt has a wide band and the top and the pleats are separated by slim black stretch gauze strips. The cardigan is really just a pull over with no buttons and a deep plunge, so a body suit or tank may be required underneath to avoid too much exposure. The entire ensemble is shown with a wicked wide Alaia belt with large studs and trimmed in black leather. Picture this ensemble worn with a pair of tights and high boots in the winter. The cardi is perfect with a pair of jeans and a tank in the summer. And the belt, well it's just perfection. The cardigan and skirt are sold together and the belt may be purchased separately. We promise to post more of the Alaia dresses and belts this week.
