How we wish you were in Los Angeles at our brick and mortar store today where we are photographing and pricing a rather epic collection of late 1970s and 1980s Yves Saint Laurent - both Rive Gauche and Haute Couture pieces.

We are starting off with some pieces that will certainly greet you cat calls from construction workers on scaffolding. Why? Well these are all YSL Rive Gauche silk pieces in the iconic panther print.

We begin with a great platinum silk blouse with the famous paw print. It's no secret that we are always mad about YSL blouses. The first dress is a draped silk panther print evening dress with a gathered waist with a bow at the hip. The attached neck scarf may be worn dangling from your neck down the back, or, cowled around it. too. The final dress is a gathered waist and round neck long sleeve day dress with a lady like front slit in the skirt--we love this for fall with tights and boots.
