Tiered not Tired

Calling all hippie chic seventies rocker wife lovers! We love Thea Porter, and are thrilled to announce the latest item of hers to arrive at Decades. The dress below is is made from white chiffon with bands of satin and a hand dyed striped raspberry floral pattern. The square neckline is bookended by two princess style sleeves. From the waist down the chiffon is layered in a three tier style giving it excellent movement. There are two fabric belts that come with the dress. Both are pictured below, one around the waist and the other the neck. There is a small stain just below the right hip, but it is barely noticeable.
