Hooray for the Halter

I love when halter dresses make their way to the streets because it means that summer is upon us. I know this may be hard for some of you back East/North to believe, but here in LA we are experiencing 80 degrees and a beautifully sunny day. We are hoping that by posting these perfect warm weather dresses, it will send some of the beautiful weather your way, too.

The dress in question is a gorgeous Anonymous black jersey halter with a gold and silver metallic elastic band at the waist. The bottom of the dress is pleated and has a beautiful flutter when in motion.
