BE PATENT AND PATIENT

If you've been looking for anything patent from Hermes, you have to be very patient.  In sixteen years of Decades, I recall just a handful of vintage Hermes patent bags that have come through our doors - one of which was a black patent Constance from Lyn Revson's collection.  I remember having a conversation one rainy day during Couture week with Candy Pratts Price about why Hermes doesn't do patent anymore, too.  Well, if you have been patient, imagine the home run with this Kelly bag: patent, white, 35 cm, gold hardware, 1960s.  It's no secret that white Hermes bags are on the MOST WANTED LIST.  However, if you want patent, I don't care how patient you are, there is no list.  So buy this patent white Kelly and wear it after Labor Day, because fashion rules were made to be broken.

Hermes Kelly 35cm in white patent leather, c.1960's. Very fine condition.  No shoulder strap naturally because of the era creation.  Eri not for sale! SOLD
