Frank Lloyd Wright approved attire

Frank Lloyd Wright was not a dress designer. He was one of the great architects of the 20th Century and we are very lucky to have outstanding examples of Frank Lloyd Wright in Decades' hometown of Los Angeles. Janice Wainwright is a dress designer, who founded her namesake company in 1974 during London's exciting fashion renaissance that included Ossie Clark, Zandra Rhodes, and Thea Porter. She kept her house open until 1990. We find the spaghetti strap jersey dress below very evocative of Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture because the pattern of the bronze lurex-infused velveteen is reminiscent of the architect's use of Unitarian and Asian influences. The dress is very easy to wear and hits above the ankle and a few inches below the knee. Certainly, one can wear the dress casually with flats or dressed up with a complimentary bronze heel. As for the jacket, it's a great option to have and would work effortlessly with jeans and a tank, too.
