Mrs. Santa Claus Make Over

This is a busy week for Santa Claus. But as everyone knows, behind every great man, is an even greater woman: Mrs. Santa Claus! We believe this year Mrs. Santa Claus deserves a make over and we suggest Arnold Scaasi to the rescue. What could be more divine to wear in the North Pole than this Scaasi early 70s broadtail and fox theatre suit? With tights and boots (and gloves), this will keep you dramatically toasty when the temperatures drop. However, the cropped jacket easily transitions to Metropolitan chic dress when worn separate of the companion skirt. Wear the jacket with jeans and a cashmere turtleneck for a great day look. For evening, we love the jacket over a cocktail or floor length dress. As an ensemble, it has an Alexander McQueen-meets-the Highlands-meets Mrs. Claus vibe and is pure theatricals; hence the term, theatre suit. Together or individually, this broadtail and fox ensemble from Scaasi makes us chuckle "Ho Ho Ho."
