Rigg, AKA Emma Peel. This beautiful creation is is from the John Bates line which lasted from 1972 until 1980. This line is a departure from his other label, Jean
Varon which was priced for the "
everywoman." The John Bates label produced the world's finest fabrics and skins. The dress below has two main sections; the top is red silk satin with a deep V front and a spaghetti strap back. The skirt is red silk chiffon covered in clear
paillettes with a front slit and fully lined with red satin. Also, there is red chiffon
