The nice thing about the Haute Couture is I get to be around women (and men) who aren't afraid to take fashion risks. They also still wear hats! (Actually, hats are back...especially for the boys FYI). One of the star miilliner's for many of the Couturiers is Phillip Treacy who has reignited the fashionation with fascinators. I would call this a fascinator on steroiids. To others it is a head band gone awry. If you are having a bad hair day this will make it worse. However, if you know how to work a fascinator, this will make you the talk of the town and it doesn't look like Princess Beatrice's famous fallopian tube fascinator. Calling all the eccentrics...
