Do you HATE Lizards?

SO DO WE, unless they are in bag form! This is why we are so very thrilled when an amazing designer takes these disgusting little creatures, and turns them into lovely functional works of art. Below are three fine examples of the miracle that can be achieved with some lizard skin and a little imagination. The wine colored lizard bag is by Gucci. It has a detachable shoulder strap and a very unique closure, one we have NEVER seen before! The closure is a gold circle that has been topped off with a semi-precious stone, Lapis Lazuli. The second bag is a black Judith Leiber lizard skin bag with a black stone on the gold clasp. The last bag is also from Gucci. This time it is done in taupe with a double GG gold emblem on the flap that is also lined with gold. There is a gold chain shoulder strap that can be tucked inside the bag if it is to be used as a clutch. All of these bags are an amazing use of lizard skin.
