PAULINE TRIGERE FOR LABOR DAY

Pauline Trigere is an iconic American designer who doesn't turn up on the Decades Daily Arrival Blog often enough, unfortunately. We thought it very appropriate to applaud her work on the Eve of Labor Day Weekend. Although French-born, she immigrated to American is 1937 and opened her eponymous house five years later to great success.

This cotton voile Indian-inspired multi-color print dress is enhanced by sporadic Swarovski crystals interspersed through the long bell sleeve and round neck versatile dress. With a multitude of colors ranging from navy to fuchsia, what doesn't this dress match with, we ask? The dress is dramatic enough (check out the back) for a black-tie affair, yet, appropriate for an afternoon wedding or cocktails in Capri.
